Mini mushroom grilled dumplings

Small but very tasty airy Wolowans with spicy mushrooms and cheese! Very tasty, easy to prepare, flavorful and attractive on the table! Perfect for any buffet table!
Ingredients for mini wolfers with mushrooms:

How to cook mini keggers with champignons step by step with photos

Make the muffin tins, for a stand-up meal take a small tin (no more than 5cm in diameter) for the centre tin and an even smaller one for the heart.
Make an even number of circles using the base mold.
From half of the circles, use a mold of a smaller diameter to cut out the middle. |

Place the base on baking paper and brush with beaten egg. |
|
Place the rims on the base and brush again with egg. |
|
Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
Let cool and smooth out the outer bottom with a knife, if necessary for even consistency. |

Slice the mushrooms into julienne strips. |
|
Put mushrooms in a pan, add soy sauce. |
|
Cook on a high heat until the liquid evaporates, stirring, add a little oil and fry a bit. |
|
Add sour cream and thinly sliced onion to the mushrooms - stir well.
Put wolovans on a serving plate, put stuffing with a heap in them. |
|
Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle Wolovans with it. |
