  • Mushrooms - 500 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Vinegar (9% vinegar) - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • Allspice - 5 pc
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook mushroom appetizer step by step with photos


1. Prepare ingredients. Wash mushrooms, peel onion, garlic, carrots.

2. Grate carrots on a Korean slicer. Slice the onion into half rings.

3. In a pan where we cook mushrooms we add salt, sugar, paprika, garlic slices, oil, vinegar and bay leaf.

4. Then add mushrooms, carrots, onion and ground black pepper. And put it on a low heat for about 7 minutes.

5. Then we cool the mushrooms and put them in the fridge overnight.

And in the morning, enjoy a delicious and flavorful snack.
