How to cook mushroom appetizer step by step with photos

1. Prepare ingredients. Wash mushrooms, peel onion, garlic, carrots. |

2. Grate carrots on a Korean slicer. Slice the onion into half rings. |

3. In a pan where we cook mushrooms we add salt, sugar, paprika, garlic slices, oil, vinegar and bay leaf. |
