While everyone is busy getting ready for Easter, I want to share with you a great mushroom appetizer. It's the kind of thing that gets eaten up as fast as it gets cooked. There's a similar recipe on this site by Lyudochka Novoselova, but it's not the same recipe. All they have in common is that it is very delicious!!!

Ingredients for the mushrooms appetizer:


  • Dill (fresh) - 1 bunch.
  • Allspice (different types (white, pink and black) in peas, ground in a mill - to taste)
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2...3 clove
  • Vegetable oil - 100 g
  • Vinegar (apple) - 1..2 tablespoon
  • Champignons (fresh, not very large) - 500 g

How to cook mushrooms appetizer step by step with photos


It's very easy. Rinse the mushrooms lightly under running water and peel them with a knife. Then slice them into thin slices.

Put the mushrooms in a bowl, salt and sprinkle with the pepper mix. Peel the garlic cloves, set one of them aside and cut the rest in small thin slices. Finely chop fresh dill and add together with chopped garlic to the mushrooms. Pour the vinegar on top (one tablespoon was enough for me) and mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for about 10-15 minutes. During this time, you need to heat the oil in a frying pan, throw in it a mashed clove of garlic, fry it until it browns, take it out and throw it away - we do not need it in the finished dish, and the resulting fragrant oil immediately, hot, pour it into a bowl with mushrooms and quickly mix it. Let the mushrooms cool down (although I admit that there is such an aroma that it is very difficult to do this, even when they are hot))), and you can serve the dish.
