  • Champignons - 500 g
  • Onions - 3 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Cream cheese - 2 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

How to cook mushroom pate step by step with photos

First, prepare the mushrooms.

I cut them in 6-8 pieces.

Then I chop them in a blender.

Do the same with the onions. I chop.

I shred.

I fry the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil.

After all the liquid evaporates, I salt them and add spices to taste. It's more than halved. I used to boil the mushrooms first and then shred them, but that was more of a chore. But in general, the main thing is to make a homogeneous, mushy mass.

While the onion and mushrooms are frying, grate hard-boiled eggs (or you can also use a blender).

Grate cheese rolls, too.

Mix everything, dress with mayonnaise.
