Mushroom pate

I found this recipe in a cookbook, added a little bit of myself, and now my family and colleagues love this pâté. And then one day my husband sent me a text message: I want mushroom pâté".

How to cook mushroom pate step by step with photos

First, prepare the mushrooms. |

I cut them in 6-8 pieces. |

I fry the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil. |

After all the liquid evaporates, I salt them and add spices to taste. It's more than halved. I used to boil the mushrooms first and then shred them, but that was more of a chore. But in general, the main thing is to make a homogeneous, mushy mass. |

While the onion and mushrooms are frying, grate hard-boiled eggs (or you can also use a blender). |

Grate cheese rolls, too. |
