  • Champignons (large) - 8 pcs
  • blue cheese ("Dor Blue") - 20-30 g
  • Milk (6%) - 1 tablepoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pistachios - 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil

How to cook mushroom tart step by step with photos

Trim off the mushroom stalks. Trim the heads of four mushrooms (from the outside) so that they are firm. Place them on a baking tray or in a fireproof dish and brush with olive oil.

Bake in oven at 200°C until softened (15-20 minutes). Drain on kitchen paper and leave to soak up excess liquid.

Cut the blue cheese into small pieces and combine with the milk. Melt in a water bath, stirring continuously until a smooth and thick mass is formed (you can use a microwave oven to melt the mass in it).

Pour in flour and mix thoroughly. Let the cream cool. The cream should be thick.

Crush pistachios in a blender until crumbly.

Spread the cream as thick as possible on the cut mushroom caps. Cover the whole cap and press down so that the cream protrudes a little at the junction. Dust the junction point of the flats with chopped walnut chips.
