How to cook mushroom puffs "puffs" step by step with photos
Peel and dry mushrooms with a damp cloth. Slice into small cubes. |
Melt the butter, add the chopped mushrooms, soy sauce, pepper and thyme. |
Sauté over medium heat until all the liquid has boiled away and the mushrooms are golden in color. Cool. |
Rinse greens and chop in blender. |
Roll out the puff pastry into a 40x30 rectangle. Cut into two equal slices 20 by 30 across the width of the pastry. Spread stuffing on pastry. I put the greens in the center and the mushroom filling on each side. Roll up, starting from the long side. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes (you can freeze it for later use). Then cut the pastry in 1 cm slices. |
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. If using frozen dough, increase cooking time. Delicious both warm and chilled. |
