Prepare all the ingredients for the mushroom salsa. To serve salsa on the festive table, it should be prepared in advance - you need to give time to marinate the mushrooms in the juice of citrus fruits.

The champignons and oyster mushrooms, as well as the sweet onion, cut into small cubes. Mushrooms do not need to be boiled.

Now prepare the marinade. Peel lemon and lime zest. Finely chop lemon grass, garlic and chili. Mix and mash a little. Remove seeds from chilies if they are too spicy for you; they are the spiciest in the hummus.

squeeze out the lime juice and the juice of half a lemon.

Finely chop cilantro and add to mushrooms and onion. Pour marinade over them. Taste and season with olive oil, salt and sugar.

Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the fridge for 10-12 hours.

I suggest serving the mushroom salsa with grilled fish. It is better to take fish with fewer bones. I have a fish cheese (pelad), though it is a river fish, but it has a minimum of bones and it is very delicious! Salt and pepper it, add paprika flakes, crush some fennel seeds and sprinkle the fish. Add a couple of spoonfuls of olive oil, stir and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Fry the fish for about 2 minutes on each side.

Wash and halve the avocado, remove the seeds and fill the cavity with mushroom salsa. Serve with grilled fish. Spicy salsa, tasty fish and avocado are more beloved by the weaker sex. Let's prepare such a dish for the festive table on March 8 and your lady will be pleasantly surprised! :) I, for example, would be pleased! ))
