Ingredients for the mushroom snack:


  • Champignons (relatively large) - 0.5 kg
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Soy sauce - 3-4 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice ( freshly squeezed) - 2-3 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise (I have homemade, I don't recognize any other) - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Salt (to taste)

How to cook mushroom snack step by step with photos


Peel mushrooms, separate stalks from caps.

Fry cap on both sides.

Pour soy sauce over the caps and leave to stand for about five minutes.

Put the caps and sauce together back in the pan and pour the lemon juice over them.

Cover and stew over a fairly high heat until the liquid evaporates.

Cool the caps.

Meanwhile we finely chop the mushroom stalks.

Fry without salt at first, and when they brown, season with salt.

Let the legs cool, too.

Boil the eggs, cut them into cubes and cool them.

Grate cheese, mix together with mushroom legs and eggs. Season with salt and mayonnaise. Without fanaticism, just 2 tablespoons, just to "glue" .

Put the stuffing on the hat, put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
