Mushroom snack

Tender mushroom appetizer. I had a craving for something special today... So I made it just like that... It's not healthy, but it's good enough. Sometimes you can indulge in it
Ingredients for the mushroom snack:

Mayonnaise
(I have homemade, I don't recognize any other)

Vegetable oil
(for frying)

How to cook mushroom snack step by step with photos

Peel mushrooms, separate stalks from caps. |

Fry cap on both sides. |

Let the legs cool, too. |

Boil the eggs, cut them into cubes and cool them. |

Grate cheese, mix together with mushroom legs and eggs. Season with salt and mayonnaise. Without fanaticism, just 2 tablespoons, just to "glue" . |
