  • Champignons (fresh) - 200 g

  • Lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Greens (chopped: chives, parsley) - 1-2 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1-2 teaspoon
  • Yogurt (natural or sour cream) - 1-2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil (or sunflower) - 1-2 tablespoon
  • Capers (or pickled gherkins, cucumbers) - 2-3 teaspoon
  • Brine (from capers or cucumbers, optional) - 1-2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook mushroom tartar step by step with photos


Wash mushrooms, dry.

Chop with a sharp knife into small pieces; drizzle with lemon juice,

Add chopped onion, garlic, capers,

Greens, mustard, yoghurt, oil, brine; salt, pepper,

stir together.

To shape it, you can put the snack into the trays and leave it to stand in a cold place for at least 30 minutes.

Before serving, using the forms, put the snack on a plate and decorate it with a salad or vegetables, according to your taste and preference. You can also serve this dish with fried bread toasts or croutons.
