How to cook mushrooms in bacon coat step by step with photos

Peel the mushrooms, cut off the stalks |

Shred the stalks |

Finely chop onions |

Lightly fry the chopped onion and mushroom stalks in olive oil |

Let the mixture cool and fill the mushroom caps |

In each mushroom put a pound of grated parmesan and wrap in a piece of bacon |
