Ingredients for mushrooms in bacon coat:

  • Champignons (Choose mushrooms of medium size) - 6 pcs
  • Onions (Small onion) - 1 pc
  • Bacon - 9 pcs
  • Bread - 6 slices.
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan - 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper mixture - 1 pinch.
  • Salt - 1 pinch.

How to cook mushrooms in bacon coat step by step with photos

Peel the mushrooms, cut off the stalks

Shred the stalks

Finely chop onions

Lightly fry the chopped onion and mushroom stalks in olive oil

Let the mixture cool and fill the mushroom caps

In each mushroom put a pound of grated parmesan and wrap in a piece of bacon

Place the rolls in a baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees

Cut slices of bread or rolls into rings

Put the rolls on the bread and put back in the oven for 10 minutes

Serve hot, enjoy!
