Ingredients for mushrooms stuffed with cheese:

  • Champignons (large) - 500 g
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Suluguni cheese - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 units
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoon
  • White dry wine - 50 g
  • Spices (rosemary,black pepper) - 1 pinch.
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tablespoon

How to cook mushrooms stuffed with cheese step by step with photos

Peel mushrooms and separate stem from cap.

Chop the garlic finely and fry it in oil. Finely chop the caps and add to the garlic and sauté together. Set aside and cool completely.

Crush suluguni cheese with a fork, add cooled mushroom stalks, Breadcrumbs and spices.

Add eggs, 30gm. . Stir everything very well. Fill the mushroom caps. Try to heap up the stuffing.
