Ingredients for stuffed mushrooms with egg stuffing:

  • Mushrooms (6-7 large) - 400 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Onion (small onion) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 50 ml
  • Breadcrumbs / Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoon
  • Sweet paprika - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 15 g

How to cook mushrooms stuffed with egg stuffing step by step with photos

Clean mushrooms, remove their stalks. Chop onion and shank into small cubes and fry in butter. Allow to cool .

Boil some hard boiled eggs, peel and dice them. Add fried onion and mushrooms, grated cheese (mix a bit for dressing), mustard and spices. Stir thoroughly.

Dip mushroom caps in milk (only the outer part).

Roll in breadcrumbs and place in greased baking dish.

Fill mushroom caps with egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Leave in oven heated up to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
