  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Ham - 150 g
  • Dill - 3 sprigs.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Spice mix (Italian herbs) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoon

How to cook mushrooms stuffed with ham and cheese step by step with photos

Prepare all ingredients.

In a bowl mix olive oil, salt, herbs and garlic clove through the press. Let it infuse for a while.

We cut out the mushrooms and put them aside, we will need them.

Grease the baking tray with oil. Place the caps and pour the oil and spices over them. Let's bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
