How to cook oatmeal crackers with creamy mushroom step by step with photos

Grate cheese on a fine grater, add dried thyme and basil, salt and sugar |

Stir in the oat flakes |

I used oat flakes from TM "Mistral" |

Then add hot water and vegetable oil. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Knead the dough. |

Place on parchment-lined baking tray, flatten with a spatula, cut into squares. Bake at 180° for 20-30 minutes |
