Crackers

  • Oat Flakes - 2 glass
  • Hard cheese - 1/2 glass
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Basil (to taste)
  • Thyme (to taste)
  • Water (hot) - 1 glass

cream

  • Cheese curd (creamy) - 240 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Champignons - 3 pcs
  • Onions (small) - 1 pc
  • Greens (to taste)

How to cook oatmeal crackers with creamy mushroom step by step with photos


Grate cheese on a fine grater, add dried thyme and basil, salt and sugar

Stir in the oat flakes

I used oat flakes from TM "Mistral"

Then add hot water and vegetable oil. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Knead the dough.

Place on parchment-lined baking tray, flatten with a spatula, cut into squares. Bake at 180° for 20-30 minutes

For cream fry mushrooms with onions until softened. Let cool. Pour mushrooms, minced herbs, garlic through a garlic masher into cream cottage cheese. Stir

Fill a piping bag with the cream

Spread cream on one cracker, cover with another cracker. I recommend to serve at once. Enjoy!!
