How to cook pancake step by step with photos

First make the pancakes. Combine eggs with milk, add sugar, salt, butter and, gradually, flour. Finely chop the herbs and add to the batter. Crepes are fried on a heated greased griddle, both sides. Make 5 pancakes. |

Cut tomatoes into circles, grate cheese, chop mushrooms into strips, lightly fry and season with salt. |
|
I also wanted to put a garlic topping on one of the crusts (but that's for the fancier)!) I mixed a tablespoon of sour cream with garlic, and then spread it on the middle layer. We are all set... So, let's start forming our cake. |

To do this, lay the pancake in a mold, on it the slices of our tomatoes |

On top of the tomatoes we put the mushrooms. |
|
Sprinkle it all with cheese and cover with the second pancake. And so we put the filling on our pancakes. |

Sprinkle the top pancake with cheese only. And we send it to the oven heated up to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |

Let cool slightly and serve hot or cold. |
