I always have a box of puff pastry in the freezer. When guests come over unexpectedly and I have to serve them, this pie comes in handy. It is a meal))) and a snack))) Try it with any type of filling.

  • Puff pastry - 400 g
  • Mushrooms ((or a can of canned)) - 300 g
  • Onion (1 can also be) - 2 pcs
  • Sour cream - 6 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese - 200 g

How to cook pie with mushrooms, sour cream and onions step by step with photos

Make stuffing - chop onions.

Slice mushrooms (if big). (The mushrooms should be ready to go). I used mushrooms.

Mix onions and mushrooms.

Add sour cream, grated cheese, a little salt and your favorite seasoning (I added oregano - it tastes mmmmm) and mix everything. The filling is ready.

Roll out the pastry. Since they are divided into 4 sheets in the packet, I just joined them together.

Line a baking tray with oiled paper and arrange the dough. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places. Spread the filling on the dough, leaving 2 to 3 cm edges.

Roll up edges, and place in 180 oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

When ready take it out and enjoy. Enjoy!.
