  • Pumpkin (potimarron) - 500 g
  • Mushrooms (dried) - 60 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Stock cube (chicken) - 1 pc
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch.
  • Cream - 4 tablespoon

How to cook potimarron with mushrooms in a cup step by step with photos


Prepare ingredients. Wash, cut and peel the potimarron. We only need one half, which we cut into cubes.

Peel and chop the onions. Pour olive oil into a pan and fry onion and potimaron for about 8 minutes.

Then pour a glass of water and add a chicken cube. Cook over low heat for about 20-25 minutes until softened. Pour more water if necessary.

Grind ready pumpkin with a blender. We obtain a fragrant puree.

Boil mushrooms in salted water. Chop them with a blender or chop them up finely. I had dried mushrooms, but you can use fresh ones. (Boil them, then finely chop and fry with a little cream.)

In small glasses (shot glasses) we put pumpkin puree and on top our mushrooms. It looks beautiful and tasty.
