  • Sugar (For marinade.) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (1 tsp.l. for marinade, the rest for boiling potatoes.) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Garlic (Large cloves of garlic. Half chopped for marinade, half for roasting potatoes.) - 3 cloves
  • Potatoes (For garnish.) - 1 kg
  • Greens (Dill, parsley, coriander, for sprinkling hot potatoes.) - 1 bunch.
