Quick snack of mushrooms and beans

This appetizer takes 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. It's quite a spicy dish with a sweet and sour flavor and a hint of cilantro and a hint of red hot pepper. Goes well as a quick snack, as a snack for unexpected guests, or as part of a holiday table.
Ingredients for a quick snack of mushrooms and beans:
- Mushrooms (I used baby portabello, the brown kind of mushrooms.) - 3 pcs
- Sweet red pepper (I took a combination of yellow and red peppers) - 1/4 pc
- Onions - 1/4 pc
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Canned beans (red beans) - 1/3 can.
- Hot red pepper (dried flakes) - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil (Refined olive oil for frying - Extra Light Tasting) - 3 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 4 sprigs.
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
