Raw Mushroom Snack

I think I tried raw mushrooms for the first time last year and they were really, really good. Champignons are safe to eat raw, it's a scientifically proven fact, so hurry up and try this tasty snack.
Ingredients for a snack of raw mushrooms:

Soy sauce

2 tablespoon

Shrimp
(King XXL)

(to taste)

(to taste)

Greens
(for decoration)
How to cook raw champignons step by step with photos

Break off the shank of the mushrooms, we don't need them in this dish.
Mix the soy sauce and oil in a small bowl. Use a brush to rub the inside of the mushrooms with the oil-soy emulsion. Leave to soak for about 20 minutes. |

Press with your finger on a ripe avocado and it will leave a mark on its skin.
Cut the avocado in half in a circular shape, twist and divide into two halves, remove the pips. |

Cut the avocado halves into small pieces, pour the juice of a lemon (I have a lime), shred with a fork.
Add salt and pepper to the yogurt. |

Mix the avocado puree with the yogurt, taste and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper if desired. |

Thaw the shrimp in a pan for a few minutes, peel off the shell and remove the black vein.
Chop 4 pieces finely and place on the bottom of the mushrooms, lay the avocado mousse on top. |

Then put a shrimp in each mushroom.
