Ingredients for maslik in garlic marinade with seeds:


  • Sourdough masliks (weight not peeled) - 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil - 200 ml
  • Vinegar (9%) - 125 ml
  • Sugar - 3 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman, naturally brewed) - 3 tablespoon
  • Sunflower seeds (peeled and roasted) - 2 tablespoon
  • Pumpkin seeds (peeled and roasted) - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Garlic (cut into strips) - 15 clove
  • Salt (plus for boiling mushrooms) - 0.5 teaspoon

How to cook butter mushrooms in garlic marinade with seeds step by step with photos


Peel and wash the mushrooms (I don't peel the small ones).

Boil them in plenty of salted water for 5 minutes after boiling. Pour them into a colander and very cold water. Leave them in the colander.

Make marinade. Pour bite, vegetable oil, sugar, garlic, salt into a bowl and stir.

Pour in soy sauce, add pepper and stir.

Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, stir it and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds to serve.
