  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar (with sprinkles) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Red hot pepper (with slide) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame (roasted) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar (6-7% table) - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 2 l

How to cook shiitake in hot sauce step by step with photos


Time does not include soaking the mushrooms and steeping the appetizer. Rinse the mushrooms and soak them in cold water for 1 hour.

After an hour, drain the water, boil it and pour the mushrooms again, for 3 to 4 hours.

Boil the mushrooms before cooking, and simmer for 5 minutes at a slow boil. Peel and dice onions.

Heat sesame oil, add onion and sauté over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, then add soy sauce.
