Ingredients for shashlik with mushrooms:

  • Champignons (medium size) - 300 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Dill - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Garlic (optional) - 1 clove

How to cook mushroom kebab step by step with photos

Grate mushrooms and put them in a bowl. Measure paprika, finely chopped dill (I use frozen) and minced garlic (I have dried), and add them to the mushrooms.

Pour the oil and soy sauce into the sachet and add the lemon juice.

Tie the sachet and give it a good shake, let the mushrooms marinate for 10-15 minutes. Then thread the mushrooms on skewers and put them on a dish. Put into preheated to 200-230 ° oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.

The mushrooms turn out juicy and delicious. Serve at once!
