  • Champignons (fresh, large) - 6 pcs
  • Crab Sticks - 3 units
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Sour cream - 6 teaspoon
  • Salt (pepper, to taste)
  • Garlic (2 for stuffing, 2 for dressing.) - 4 clove
  • Tomato (fresh) - 2 pcs
  • Cucumber (large, fresh) - 1 pc
  • Peking cabbage (will need a couple of leaves) - 1 clove
  • Leeks - 1 pc
  • Vinegar (wine, in the dressing) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (in dressing) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey (in dressing) - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil (in the dressing) - 5 tablespoon
  • Seasoning (Italian herbs, seasoning to taste)

The first thing to do is to prepare the mushrooms. I always peel the mushrooms with a knife. It's very handy to peel them by first grabbing the skirt near the stem and then pulling it to the top of the hat. When all the mushrooms are ready, you need to carefully remove the stalks of all.

Cut the legs into small cubes, grate the crab sticks and cheese on a fine grater. Add 3 teaspoon of sour cream and some freshly ground pepper, mix well.

In this recipe, I used A'More crab sticks.

Add half a teaspoon of sour cream and a little salt to each hat. Then put the stuffing on top. It's like this. Putting our On a plate and send it to the microwave on maximum power for 3-10 minutes. Such a difference in time due to the fact that the mushrooms can be different sizes, so the larger the mushroom, the more time he will need. I cooked mine for 7 minutes this time. I like them to stay firm and crunchy. If you cook them in the oven, then this snack would be drier, I like it better in a micro, to be honest...

While the appetizer is cooking, let's do "tricolor ". For this tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage and leeks let's cut them randomly, but not finely. For the dressing we mix: wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs and olive oil.

Meanwhile, our have arrived and we can safely take a sample, since they taste just as good hot or cold.

Before serving, we arrange our salad and sprinkle a generous amount of the dressing over it. What a riot of color!
