How to cook mushrooms "synchronized swimming" step by step with photos

Wash the mushrooms, pat dry with paper towel and remove the stalks. Boil and peel the shrimp. This time I peeled and sautéed them in a pan with the mushrooms in olive oil until browned. |

Heat a pan, drizzle with olive oil and fry the mushrooms on one side. Fry for no more than 2 minutes to prevent the mushrooms to boil over. |

Turn the mushrooms on a plate and cool. |

Make the sauce: mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, chopped dill and freshly ground pepper. |
|
Fill caps with sauce and insert 2 king prawns each, garnish with dill greens. Let them cool in the fridge for 10-15 minutes! |
