  • Cream cheese - 50 g
  • Cream - 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil (TM "Oleina") - 2 tablespoon
  • Corn starch - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar (wine or apple 6%) - 1/2 tablespoon

It's better to prepare some of the stuffing ahead of time. Boil mushrooms (I have frozen mushrooms). Grate carrots, add sugar and 1/3 teaspoon salt and knead lightly.

Add chopped mushrooms, vinegar, a pinch each of black pepper and coriander, mix, pile everything up and squeeze a clove of garlic in the middle (or finely chopped).

Put stuffing on half of the cooled pancake
