Spicy Pickled Oyster Mushrooms

Sea of pickles for mushrooms... quick and not so quick, for winter, and right now on the table. This recipe came to me from a friend of mine... like this... and it stuck. And I don't even know her name... I'll find out and write a huge thank you just...
Ingredients for spicy pickled oyster mushrooms:

Oyster mushrooms

(750 ml at once and in 250 later)

Vinegar
(6 percent)

Bay leaf

(mushroom)

How to cook pickled oyster mushrooms step by step with photos

Tear 1kg of oyster mushrooms by hand, don't slice, size is up to you but I prefer larger |

Prepare spices. |
|
Pour 750 ml of water, spices, vinegar into a saucepan |
|
Bring the marinade to a boil and put the mushrooms. In a separate cup dilute the mushroom bouillon cube in boiling water and pour into the mushrooms with marinade. |
|
As soon as the marinade with mushrooms comes to the boil, we cover the pan with a lid and reduce the fire to minimum. Cook for 25 minutes |

Let the mushrooms cool down directly in the marinade. strain. And we can serve them with green onions and vegetable oil |

The rest of mushrooms can be put into a jar and put in the fridge for storage. |
|
