Ingredients for spinach pancakes with mushrooms and green beans:


  • Spinach (More spinach, more color) - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Milk - 2 glass
  • Wheat flour / Flour (by eye, so that the dough was like liquid sour cream) - 1 glass
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon


  • Champignons - 500 g
  • Green beans - 200 g
  • Blue cheese (I used Dor Blue, but any salty cheese will do) - 50 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Salt (to taste) - 1 teaspoon


  • Green onions - 1 bunch.

How to cook spinach pancakes with mushrooms and string beans step by step with photos

Grind the pre-frozen spinach in a blender.

Add eggs and whisk again

One at a time add the remaining ingredients (milk, flour, butter, salt, sugar) and knead the pancake batter. Fry our wonder pancakes on our favorite griddle

Let's make the stuffing. Chop mushrooms and onions.

Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil. Boil the beans for 10 minutes in salted water.

Once ready throw beans in a colander and add them to fried mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped cheese and mix well)

Fill pancakes. Put 1 tablespoon of stuffing in the middle of pancake. Form a sack and tie with green onions. Done!
