Mushrooms

  • Champignons (large) - 500 g

Cover

  • Butter - 50 g
  • Garlic - 3 clove

  • Black pepper (to taste) - 0.5 teaspoon

Stuffing

  • Onions (large) - 1 pc
  • Hollandaise cheese (grated on a fine grater) - 100 g
  • Bacon (uncooked) - 100 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1 tablepoon
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Greens (dill, parsley) - 6 sprigs.
  • Salt (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Butter - 50 g

How to cook stuffed mushroom caps "caps" step by step with photos


Wash the mushrooms, carefully separate the legs from the caps and put them on a greased baking sheet.

Mix 50 g of melted butter with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Spoon this mixture over each hat.
