  • Quail egg - 5 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 0,5 pcs
  • Green onions - 2 pcs
  • Spices (to your taste)
  • Lemon juice (a few drops)
  • Allspice (mixed pepper, ground)

How to cook stuffed mushroom caps step by step with photos


1. Prepare the flats: remove the stalk and take some of the pulp off the flats. We'll need the cups.

2. Drizzle them with lemon juice and spices and put them in muffin tins. This will keep them from turning over and leaking the filling. 3. Chop the onion and the pepper very finely. Spread a thin layer on the caps.
