  • Champignons - 14 pcs
  • Stuffed chicken - 300 g
  • Ginger (fresh finely chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 40 ml
  • Water - 80 ml
  • Sour cream - 3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour (breading)
  • Green onion
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

How to cook stuffed mushrooms step by step with photos


I had medium size stuffed mushrooms. They will be cooked in a pan, so I needed 14, just enough to fit in the pan. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove the stalks.

Let's prepare the stuffing. In a blender, pound the chicken fillet with the mushroom stalks, along with the white part of the green onion.

Add black pepper, ginger and soy sauce.

Place stuffing in mushroom caps in hillocks.

Roll stuffed mushrooms in flour.

Heat a frying pan with a lid over medium heat and add about two teaspoons of vegetable oil.

Fry the side of the mushrooms with the stuffing first, until golden. Then turn them over and sauté the other side for about the same amount of time.

Prepare a sauce in 80 ml of water, add sour cream and salt, stir to mix. Add the sauce to the mushrooms, cover and braise for about 10 minutes.

Serve with the spring onions.

There you go. You don't need more than 10 minutes to prepare the dish and another 15 minutes to cook it. For a quick and delicious dinner.
