Ingredients for stuffed mushrooms:

  • Champignons (large) - 11 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Greens (Dill, parsley, spinach, coriander) - 1 pouch.
  • Mozzarella (any cheese that melts well) - 130 g
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tablespoon

How to cook stuffed mushrooms step by step with photos

Take mushrooms and peel them from their stalks. Take the largest mushrooms, because they will shrink while baking.

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and squeeze garlic through a pinch. Season to taste and stir well.

Brush the caps with aromatic oil first on the outside and then on the inside.

In the same bowl break the eggs, salt a little, add a small bunch of any herbs, and stir.

Fill the caps with the egg mixture, about a tablespoon in each one.

Place small diced cheese on top.

Then add diced tomato and pepper to taste. We send it to the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, depending on your oven.

Finished dish sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!!
