Stuffed Mushrooms

Here is a quick, easy, beautiful and very tasty recipe for stuffed mushrooms. This dish will decorate any holiday table, guests will be delighted!
Ingredients for stuffed mushrooms:

How to cook stuffed mushrooms step by step with photos

Take mushrooms and peel them from their stalks. Take the largest mushrooms, because they will shrink while baking. |

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and squeeze garlic through a pinch. Season to taste and stir well. |
|
Brush the caps with aromatic oil first on the outside and then on the inside. |
|
In the same bowl break the eggs, salt a little, add a small bunch of any herbs, and stir. |
|
Fill the caps with the egg mixture, about a tablespoon in each one. |
|
Place small diced cheese on top. |
|
Then add diced tomato and pepper to taste. We send it to the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, depending on your oven. |
