  • Sausage (smoked sausage) - 20 g
  • Cream (20%) - 50 ml
  • Cream cheese - 20 g
  • Parsley (couple of sprigs)
  • Quail egg - 6 pcs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 10 g
  • Salt - 2 g
  • Black pepper (ground) - 1 g

How to cook baked stuffed mushrooms step by step with photos

Peel mushrooms caps, cut their stalks. Salt and pepper mushrooms. marinade.
