MY DEBUT ON THIS SITE! I STARTED MAKING MY FAVORITE STUFFED MUSHROOMS, THEN I DECIDED TO TAKE PICTURES AND TRY TO POST THE RECIPE! I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM A FRIEND! I'VE BEEN MAKING IT FOR FOUR YEARS NOW, FOR HOLIDAYS AND JUST TO SPICE THINGS UP! IT IS VERY YUCKY!! TASTE IT!
Ingredients for stuffed mushrooms:

BOIL MUSHROOM CAPS UNTIL TENDER. POUR OFF WATER AND LET COOL DOWN COMPLETELY. |

DICE MUSHROOMS CAPS AND THROW THEM FIRST IN A PAN WITH OIL. THEN THE ONIONS, ALSO DICED (YOU CAN CUT THEM IN ANY WAY, GRINDING IN A MEAT GRINDER OR A BLENDER IS ALL THE SAME) WHEN THE MASS BEGINS TO TURN GOLDEN, SALT, PEPPER AND SPRINKLE WITH A MUSHROOM CUBE (IF YOU WANT). |

GRIND CHEESE AND READY TOASTED MEAT IN A MEAT GRINDER OR IN A BLENDER UNTIL HOMOGENEOUS MASS. |

ON A FLAT PLATE (OR TRAY, IF THE OVEN) LAY STUFFED MUSHROOMS, PUT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 10 MINUTES, THE COMBINATION MODE (COMBI + GRILL) OR IN THE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES. |
