Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms:

  • Champignons (large) - 12 pcs
  • Soy sauce ("Kikkoman" marinade sauce) - 4 tablespoon
  • Chicken breast - 200 g
  • Onion (medium) - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 120 g
  • Greens
  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoon

How to cook stuffed mushrooms step by step with photos

Boil mushrooms and mushrooms. Meanwhile, finely chop onion and sauté until translucent in 4 tablespoons of oil.

The mushrooms should be large!!! (7 cm in diameter, preferably). Cut out their stems.

Set the caps aside. Finely chop the legs and add them to the transparent onion. Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Heat up another frying pan. Put the caps in it. They should not lie tightly against each other, and we fry in a dry pan on each side for 7 minutes. The lid is on. Don't forget to move the caps in the pan without opening the lid.

These are the beauties we get. Remove the excess liquid with a paper towel. Put them in the casserole dish. Put a little salt on the inside of the caps.

And in the meantime the breast is boiled. Take it out and chop it as finely as possible. We add it to the fried onion and legs.

Add marinade sauce "Kikkoman", Stir. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes more. If you have a little liquid, then until it evaporates completely. This does not happen to me.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, but not all of it! Leave a little for the topping. Prepare the salt and spices that you prefer.

Put the stuffing in a bowl, stir, add spices and salt. Turn the oven on at 180 degrees. Once the stuffing has cooled a bit, add the grated cheese. We mix it and stuff the caps, knead them with a spoon. Put 1 tbsp. stuffing. It fits very easily.

We cut small 2,5*2,5 cm squares of cheese and put them on top.

Put in the oven for 12 minutes. The cheese should not brown.

Remove, put in any small sprig of herbs you have. Serve hot, 2 pieces per serving.
