Ingredients for stuffed mushrooms:


  • Mushrooms
  • Chicken fillet
  • Onions
  • Hollandaise cheese
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dill
  • Green onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Rosemary

How to cook stuffed mushrooms step by step with photos


It requires: (I don't specify the quantity, it all depends on the company) 1. Large mushrooms. 2. Chicken breast or fillet. 3. Onion. 4. Cheese. 5. Salt. 6. Ground black pepper. 7. Soy sauce. 8. Dill. 9. Green onions. 10. Mayonnaise. 11. Garlic. 12. Tomato. 13. Rosemary.

Carefully separate the mushrooms from the caps.

Finely chop mushroom stalks, onion, chicken breast or fillet.

Fry sliced mushroom stalks and onion until soft.

Add chopped chicken and fry about 5 more minutes, stirring all the time. Salt and pepper.

Take the mixture from heat and cool it. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, mix it up.

Finely chop green onions,

Dill.

Add them to the mushroom mixture and mix well once again.

Finely chop garlic,

Tomatoes.

Carefully put all ingredients together.

Fill mushroom caps with prepared stuffing. Layer the flat caps in a baking paper-lined dish. Sprinkle mayonnaise and soy sauce on top of each cap. I added a few sprigs of rosemary. Put it in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes take it out. Sprinkle the mushrooms on top with grated cheese and put in the oven for 15 minutes more.

The dish is ready:) It is delicious both hot and cold. Very juicy and tender. And the garlic and rosemary, I think, just added "the fire":)
