  • Champignons - 1 kg
  • Parsley (herbs) - 1 bunch.
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Sour cream (20%) - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper (ground) - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Onions (medium) - 2 pcs

How to cook stuffed mushrooms "kegs" step by step with photos

Take mushrooms and wash them well.

Separate the stalks from the caps.

Lightly salt inside and outside of the cap. Fry mushroom caps with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Prepare stuffing. Finely chop onion and shank mushrooms. Chop the garlic. Fry onion and minced garlic until transparent.

Add finely chopped mushroom stalks to onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

Add breadcrumbs, chopped parsley herbs, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. The filling for mushrooms is ready.

Spray the mushrooms caps with soy sauce and season with pepper to taste. Stuff the mushrooms with stuffing.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on mushroom caps on top of stuffing.
