In a certain cold kingdom, in a certain state, there lived mushrooms. Not far from them, on a nearby shelf lived cream cheese and parmesan. The condiments had settled far away and didn't want to know their neighbors in the fridge. It's not that they didn't want to, it's just that it takes a while to get out of the box... It's not long before you fall apart on the way! One day the mushrooms and cheeses got out of the house on their own. And they met, and they and the condiments came together in a beautiful union, and they went to warm themselves in the oven. ♪ And they lived happily ♪... ♪ but not for long ♪. And they were eaten in one day. In the original, this recipe is called "♪ droolin' ♪". It cooks in 30 to 35 minutes. Tasty to the point of impossibility!

How to cook stuffed mushrooms in half an hour step by step with photos

Preheat oven to 175 C. Grease a baking tray with oil. Take the mushrooms, cut off their stems and put them on a baking tray. I took Portobello mushrooms (they look like mushrooms, only larger). The bigger the mushrooms, the less work to do at the end.

We finely chop the legs and fry them on a high heat with garlic powder in vegetable oil, until the liquid evaporates. It's a good idea to stir it around. If you don't have garlic powder, take some garlic cloves, crush them and add to the almost fried shanks. Don't overcook the garlic!

Mix cottage cheese (any soft cheese), grated parmesan, onion powder, black pepper. Add fried mushrooms to it (when they've cooled a bit). If there is no onion powder, then finely chop onion and fry with mushrooms and garlic. It gets very thick.

Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture.

And we put them in the oven for 20 minutes! The mushrooms will give juice, the caps will brown - it means that they are ready. In the beginning the stuffing is very hot, so be careful. Bon appetit! :)
