I used to make a char-grilled shish kebab of mushrooms without stuffing, but today I tried to change the recipe a little bit for the oven and added stuffing.

How to cook stuffed mushrooms "michelle" step by step with photos

Remove the legs from the mushrooms, finely chop the onion, finely chop the herbs, boil and shred the egg, shred the legs of the mushrooms, marinate the caps in paprika and vegetable oil with salt for 30 minutes. |
