Super-fast marinated Celebration mushrooms

Here is my recipe for a quick pickling of mushrooms for the holiday table. This interesting way of preparation will win you by its simplicity and originality! I advise you to try it!
Ingredients for super-fast pickled mushrooms "holiday":

How to cook super fast pickled mushrooms "holiday" step by step with photos

Rinse mushrooms, cut into julienne strips and boil in salted water. I had large oyster mushrooms, so I sliced them. If you have mushrooms, beech mushrooms or other small mushrooms, you do not need to cut them.
While boiling mushrooms, peel and grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Toss the ready mushrooms in a colander. |

Put them in a bowl and quickly mix with grated carrots. Add the soy sauce, honey, vinegar and finely chopped garlic. Stir well. Cover the dish tightly with a lid and shake it well for 20-30 seconds.
Place in the refrigerator until completely cooled. |
