  • Mushrooms (fresh) - 700 g
  • Carrots (large) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 3 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar (9% ) - 2 tablespoon
  • Parsley - 1/2 bunch.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon

How to cook super fast pickled mushrooms "holiday" step by step with photos


Rinse mushrooms, cut into julienne strips and boil in salted water. I had large oyster mushrooms, so I sliced them. If you have mushrooms, beech mushrooms or other small mushrooms, you do not need to cut them. While boiling mushrooms, peel and grate carrots on a coarse grater. Toss the ready mushrooms in a colander.

Put them in a bowl and quickly mix with grated carrots. Add the soy sauce, honey, vinegar and finely chopped garlic. Stir well. Cover the dish tightly with a lid and shake it well for 20-30 seconds. Place in the refrigerator until completely cooled.

That's it, very tasty pickled mushrooms ready! Before serving, dress with chopped greens and sprinkle with butter.
