  • Oyster mushrooms - 400 g
  • Sweet pepper (can be frozen) - 1 pc
  • Onion (small) - 1 pc

  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Vegetable oil (I use refined oil) - 50 g
  • Vinegar (9%, it can be less) - 35 g
  • Salt - 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 1 l

How to cook mushrooms "table" step by step with photos

Pull the oyster mushrooms apart, and if you have some really big ones, slice them.

Pour water over the mushrooms and add 2.5 tablespoons of salt. Bring to the boil, and boil for 10 minutes.

Make a primer: cut the onion in half rings (if the eaters are already waiting, as I do, then finely), chop the herbs, garlic, add the oil, vinegar, salt to taste (a little), sugar, and bell peppers in strips.

Stir everything and pour the boiled mushrooms. Put in a closed container and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. I always get a tightly filled half-liter jar.
