How to cook tartlets with mushrooms and herbs step by step with photos

First, mash the butter (I had frozen butter and grated it), salt, sugar, egg yolks and milk into a homogeneous mass. |
|
Add the flour and mix until you get first crumbs and then an elastic dough of them. Chill the dough for about 20-30 minutes. |
|
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out into circles to fit the size of the tin cups. |
|
Arrange the pastry in the tartlet cups and press the edges together. |
|
Bake the tartlets in an oven at 180-220 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. |
|
For stuffing cut the mushrooms into pieces, chop the onion and herbs (parsley, dill), add the sour cream and mix together. |
|
Stuff the cooled tartlets just before serving, since. к. baskets can get soggy.
