Tasty Stuffed Grilled Mushrooms

- Chicken Breast - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 15 pcs
- Bacon - 100 g
- Onions - 2 pcs
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Marinade sauce (Teriyaki marinade) - 4 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 teaspoon
- Balsamic (vinegar) - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
- Greens (mixture) - 1 bunch.
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
How to cook yummy stuffed grilled mushrooms step by step with photos

Chop breast, bacon and peeled onion into small cubes. Peel mushrooms and turn out the stalks. |

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry onion in it until golden brown, then add finely chopped mushrooms, then bacon and breast. Add chopped garlic and herbs at the end. |

While the breast is roasting, mash honey with Teriyaki marinade, lemon juice, balsamic. |

Combine the marinade with the mixture in the pan, stir, season to taste with salt and pepper. |

Fill mushroom caps with minced meat. Wrap each mushroom carefully in foil. |
