Ingredients for tender julienne with cream:

  • Champignons - 300 g
  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Cream - 300 ml
  • Hard cheese - 30 g
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

How to cook tender julienne with cream step by step with photos

Slice and fry the peeled mushrooms in slices in a dry pan until the liquid has evaporated.

Chop the chicken fillets into julienne strips and stir-fry over high heat with butter and oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushrooms to chicken and fry all together for another minute.

In a bowl mix flour, salt and pepper. Add cream and stir thoroughly to break up any lumps. Pour this mixture into the pan and stir it well. Bring to the boil. Sometimes, for more flavor, I add a little dried porcini powder. But you can do without it :)))

The resulting mass spread in cocotte pans, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven preheated to 210C for 10-15 minutes.

Our tender julienne is ready. You can sprinkle with greens and serve.
