- Hard cheese (grated) - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs
- Cream (nonfat ) - 400 g
- Salt (sea salt to taste)
- Black pepper (ground to taste)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
- Greens (chopped, favorite) - 3 pcs
- Spice mix (Provencal herbs) - 1 pinch.
