  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce (to taste)
  • Tomato (puree) - 1/2 glass

How to cook tortillas with beans and mushrooms step by step with photos


Sift flour, add 1 teaspoon salt and a pinch of sugar.

Add 3 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Stirring, add 2/3 cup hot water. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft and not sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the onions and fry them in the remaining oil. Add mushrooms and soy sauce, cook for 3-4 minutes, add beans and tomato puree, salt and spices to taste. Simmer briefly, stirring.
