Tortillas with beans and mushrooms

This is a pretty lazy and quick version of a burrito, since. к. I used canned ingredients for the filling. It's great for breakfast or as a snack during Lent.

How to cook tortillas with beans and mushrooms step by step with photos

Sift flour, add 1 teaspoon salt and a pinch of sugar. |

Add 3 tablespoon vegetable oil. |

Stirring, add 2/3 cup hot water. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft and not sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave it to rest for 20 minutes. |

Meanwhile, chop the onions and fry them in the remaining oil. Add mushrooms and soy sauce, cook for 3-4 minutes, add beans and tomato puree, salt and spices to taste. Simmer briefly, stirring. |

Divide dough into 9-10 pieces, roll out and fry on a heated dry frying pan for 50-60 seconds. on each side. I have 9 tortillas about 28 cm in diameter. That lepyoshkas not to dry out before serving - we put them in a pile and cover with a cotton towel. |

Put stuffing on hot tortillas and roll up into a roll or an envelope. If you don't eat all the flatbread at once, you can put them in a bag or wrap them in foil and put in the fridge (they can be kept like that for 2-3 days), then you can just take them out and reheat. |
