  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon

How to cook Turkish mushrooms step by step with photos

Wash mushrooms and don't slice them too thick. Chop the onions finely, and the garlic very finely. Chop the parsley leaves (2 to 3 sprigs) finely as well. In a pot in the window fresh parsley was enough only to decorate the dish, but with dried parsley also turns out delicious - a teaspoon of dried parsley adds the necessary flavor.

In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. First add the onions, as they become translucent, add the garlic.

As soon as the onion and garlic begin to brown, add the mushrooms and mix well. Increase the heat a little. Stir constantly.

Add cream and parsley beforehand. Taste and season with salt and pepper. As soon as the mushrooms get dry and start to brown, pour in the cream and spices.

Stir quickly, turn off the heat and let stand for a few minutes in the pan. No need to put a lid on it. Dish is ready. The perfect side dish for poultry and meat. But if you increase the portion, it can be used as a main dish.
