  • Mushrooms - 400 g
  • Carrots - 3 pcs
  • Onions - 3 pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 10 units
  • Allspice - 5 pcs
  • Bay leaf - 4 pcs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sunflower oil (to taste)

Zucchini moved from a vegetable garden to an apartment a long time ago. It's hard to peel it from its tough skin. Slice it into wedges.

Chanterelles should be fresh, well-washed, not washed yesterday, and not standing in water for a long time. Otherwise there would be an unpleasant taste. I've added some stray mountain aspen mushrooms and chanterelles to the caviar.
