Ingredients for Breakfast Snack "for a quick":


  • Bread (ideally toasted) - 12 slices.
  • Ham (can be changed: sausage cooked., smoked sausage., meat) - 120 g
  • soft cheese - 90 g
  • Tomato (6 cherry tomatoes) - 80 g
  • Spices (salt, pepper, basil, parsley, dry mustard) - to taste
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tablespoon

Prepare the ingredients. Slice ham and tomatoes. Grate cheese on large grater.

Mix in a bowl where we prepare the stuffing, spices and 4 eggs. Whisk until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Add the cheese, ham and tomatoes and mix. P.S. Do not pour all the ingredients at once, as. к. You may have different sized eggs and the amount of ham, cheese, and tomato will need to vary.

Each ingredient should be covered with egg mixture.
