How to cook red fish sandwiches "airy" step by step with photos
Thaw unleavened puff pastry, cut into triangles, do not roll. Bake unleavened puff pastry for 25-30 minutes at 210-230°C on a baking tray dampened with cold water. When baking do not allow any shaking, otherwise the dough will settle and the products will turn out with a hardening. Only the top of the pastry may be coated with egg; the side should not be coated so as not to impair the rise of the pastry. |
Grind cashews in a blender. |
I added cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice to the blender and whisked it. It's a lush, delicious sauce. I wish I'd taken a picture! The guests were here. I was in a hurry. |
Spread sauce on every triangle, put a slice of pickled salmon and a tomato on top, and decorate with greens. I have homemade salted salmon: mix salt and sugar 2:1 respectively, spread liberally on the slices of salmon. Keep in refrigerator in a container for 24 hours, occasionally turn pieces, on the second day put in the freezer. Take the fish out of the freezer and cut it freeze-dried into slices. |
